Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 weeks.
- Custom or High-Demand Items: Orders containing these may require additional time. For a precise estimate, please contact us before placing your order.
We work to process and ship promptly; actual processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.
Shipping Method & Rates
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping is offered based on package weight and service level.
Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Missed Deliveries
- Risk Transfer: Liability transfers to the carrier when we hand off your package. We are not liable for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, or unclaimed after carrier acceptance.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address cannot be refunded or replaced.
- Missed Deliveries / Pickups: If delivery is missed or the package is not picked up from the carrier’s designated location, we are not responsible for resulting delays, returns, or fees. Please monitor tracking and arrange redelivery or pickup directly with the carrier.
- Support: While we cannot assume liability, we will assist by providing documentation and carrier details to help you resolve delivery issues.
