Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we take great care in making every embroidered product. Because each piece is made-to-order and custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, especially for personalized items.

We will always make it right if we are at fault. If you receive the wrong item or if there’s an error in fulfillment on our part, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us.

Please understand that we cannot be responsible for buyer-related errors (such as incorrect shipping addresses) or courier-related issues (such as lost, stolen, or missed deliveries). For more details, please review our Shipping Policy.
